1. About ForeverLink
ForeverLink is a physical product and digital memory book service. Each ForeverLink consists of a hand-finished photo frame with an embedded QR code or NFC tag that opens a private, personalized digital memory page when tapped or scanned with a smartphone.
2. Orders and Finality
All sales are final once an order has been sent to print. Because each ForeverLink is personalized and handcrafted to order, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after production has begun.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We offer refunds or reprints only if the physical product arrives damaged or defective. If your ForeverLink arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us at hello@foreverlink.life within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. User Content
Customers are solely responsible for the content they upload to their memory books. You may not upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or copyrighted content you do not have permission to use. ForeverLink reserves the right to review, remove, or refuse any content that violates these terms.
5. Shipping and Lost Packages
ForeverLink is not responsible for lost packages once an order has been shipped with a valid tracking number. We ship using trusted carriers and provide tracking information for every order. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
6. Memory Book Privacy
Memory books are private and only accessible via the customer's unique QR code or NFC tag. The link is not publicly indexed or searchable. However, anyone with physical access to the QR code or NFC tag can access the memory book. It is your responsibility to keep your ForeverLink in a safe place if the content is sensitive.
7. Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates our terms, including orders containing prohibited content, fraudulent payment information, or suspicious activity. In such cases, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of ForeverLink shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
