3. Photos and Videos
Your photos and videos are stored securely and are never shared with third parties. They are only used to create your personalized memory book and are accessible exclusively through your unique QR code or NFC tag. We do not use your content for advertising, machine learning training, or any purpose beyond delivering your ForeverLink.
4. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell customer data to anyone, ever. Your personal information and memory content are kept strictly confidential and are not shared, rented, or sold to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
5. Data Deletion Requests
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@foreverlink.life. Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete your personal information and memory content from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.
6. Cookies
We use cookies for basic website functionality only — such as keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and ensuring the site works properly. We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or building profiles of your browsing behavior across other websites.
